I hate cooking baked dinners, how do you stop the vegies from sticking and how do you make it all cook together so it is ready at the same time  😄 I end up with over-cooked pumpkin and spuds stuck to the pan. After all that effort it is only my husband that really enjoys it - kids prefer my curries.
