Good afternoon all!

Hi JVH yes walked the pooch this a.m. incident free - tho did notice a stray dog in the distance (promptly turned a corner) - so frustrating and I have to admit being paranoid after 'incidents'. Also got the banking done, mailed a b/day card and did the shopping.

Hi kezza well done with the walking regime!! Congrats on the ipod. I have 250 songs loaded onto my phone - all my favs!

Dame so sad to read your post. Sounds like that poor lady has suffered much heartache in her life - (Losing her husband and a son) - the latter no mother should endure! Unbelievable regards her diagnosis - (or lack thereof) - sending best wishes to everyone! So good of you to do so much - glad to see you are getting some help!!

Sunny again today - had a busy morning so have given myself the rest of the day off lol!

Hi yes after having incidents with other dogs of course you would be ultra wary.

How is your little niece doing with her treatment often think of her and how she is coping

I am off to the home as Ash had a fall, has not hurt himself but I do not understand how it happened as he has a mat in front of his bed that alerts staff if he stands on it but staff have changed so will try to sort it out

Oh geez Dame thats lousy dammed luck for Ash and their old bones are so fragile and their skin so delicate.....old age like that is simply horrible to watch...................such a slow slow process the body winding down

Good morning all!

Hi JVH hope you are enjoying a bit of 'batching'. Lovely day again here today.

Thank you to all concerns re my neice. She is still undergoing monthly transfusions and on meds at the same time - so until the treatment is finished and they wean her off the meds they cannot determine her progress. (Tests not accurate due to drugs/bloods) She is otherwise doing great apart from still walking on her tiptoes (which is a symptom) - but may just be habitual (hopefully) - she is coming here on the weekend for a sleepover which I am very much looking forward to.

Hi dame - poor Ash - hope he is not too shook up - this should never have happened with proper attention/care! Also hoping your son's mil is comfortable - I believe in miracles - and pray for one her way!

Hi kezza hope the blisters are healing well! So painful!

Got the gardener here (he spent the first 20mins in my bathroom) (sorry) - lol - then decided to pop out to the local shops (?) - do have alternatives but OH feels too sorry for him re some hard times he has endured in the past. When push comes to shove don't think I could actually bring myself to sack him either lol. I just bite my lip (Hard!!).
Garden gets done eventually and over time. I have a different fella who does the mowing/edging - and he's fantastic.
