Was it a split second situation?
Some poor woman was at work and heard the news about her daughter getting shot. The girl has Asbergers and although a Taser was drawn in readiness to use a constable beat the taser by using bullets first. Onlookers, including the woman who first called police and recorded the events said it was all over about 45 seconds after the police arrived.

The Police spokesperson stated that, "A tazer was utilized".............and no witnesses are sure about the number of shots fired.

She was wandering around with a large kitchen knife looking dazed and confused, according to one who called the police and then waited and watched as events unfolded.
