And the wise words and support, thank you. Yes, I don't know the answers right now to my future, all I have is today to make the right causes for tomorrow.

My Buddhist teacher was here today. We talked of many things :-x

I'm feeling strong and hopeful. My beautiful daughter is taking me out on Valentines Day evening. She said "Mum the worst thing you can do is stay home with Mr Ex on Valentines Day while he's trying to romance Mrs Skankyho on FB". :^O

I'm off to the supermarket to buy some healthy food for the first time in weeks. The fridge is bare! I'm planning to make vege 'meatballs' for dinner, then curl up on the sofa and watch something funny on TV. I've cleaned the house, even brushed the cobwebs off the front door, fixed the pergola that went splat in the storm 😄 ....

Afternoon Ms Mioux, haven't been around so much the last few days, good to see you feeling strong and hopeful


Cleaning is a great mood booster I find....I often do a mad blitz inside and out if I'm feeling a little down....the physical exertion is good and there is nothing like sitting down, albeit a little exhausted in a nice clean house and admiring your handiwork!

Great idea going out Valentine's Day!

Too hard to explain, so I won't. Just feeling very sad and having a will i ever find happiness again moment.

I didn't want any of this but he gets to walk off and find happiness elsewhere ( and that's not the problem) but it just irks me that I'm just left here in our old life......this house, three kids, rabbit and it's hard to move on. I just want someone to love me. How pathetic is that. It's a lonly life, that's all.
