Police have confirmed a man has died in a bushfire in Victoria's south-east as blazes rage across Victoria and New South Wales.
The man's body was found in a burnt-out vehicle near Seaton this afternoon and a bushfire continues to burn out of control in the area.
A number of emergency warnings are in place in both states and at least five houses have been lost in Victoria and two have been lost in New South Wales.
