Its getting better, thanks, Stawks, but , jeez, not being able to do much is as boring as bat poop, which could have something to do with why I've been wearing my cranky pants lately. Woman Embarassed

Clothes washing, getting stuff (lunches etc) ready for work, washing dishes.....my life if full of (boring) stuff to do.....

.....all of which I was probably put off until the last minute. Smiley Embarassed

Bluecat , I think you're entitled to have cranky pants for the duration.

Why do we have to do anything?   It will all still be there tomorrow.

And, if not, then all the better - it's one less thing to do

Ooooo, that's no good bluecat.  Did you do something dramatic to fracture it, or just one of those stoooped run of the mill things we all do that turns out badly.

(don't answer if you don't want to, I'm just being nosey while I sit here on the couch)

I'll find out on Tuesday evening if I have osteoporosis, if so, then that will be the cause, otherwise, it'll be blamed on the general wear and tear of aging. It happened after doing housework - another good reason to not do it. lol. - so nothinh dramatic, unlike when I broke both of my ankles at the same time.....

That happened to my mum.  She had "back pain" for months and was having physio etc until finally it got so bad she was taken to hospital where they found she had multiple spinal fractures and diagnosed osteoporosis.

She is much better now but still very cautious about what she does so as to not have any more breaks.  One of my sisters has it as well. I have had scans and thankfully it appears I have a higher than usual bone density at this stage.

good luck with it.

Don'tcha hate getting old?

You think you can still do stuff and you can't anymore.

Hope it's not osteoporosis. blue.   Fingers crossed
