i get that . i wish i could make things better for all of us. but that isn't reality,i can't even do it for me.

i'll get through it,eventually,and i hope you will too. 

sometimes life really sucks,and i guess we have to deal with it for a while...still sucks though.

It's hard when the mind wants to do more than the body does.......... I do that to myself most days.....

it isn't too easy to have others expect more from you than what you can do,too. i can only SEE so far. i can't change that. 

you all can only DO so much. and you can't change that,either. it sucks. 

but we can talk here about it,maybe help deal with the frustrations?   🙂

That's true sin..... saying no to people who are close is hard..... at least they have an insiders understanding of what you are dealing

no,in my case,they usually don't. not many people can TRULY grasp how i see 24/7. but i know that people in pain deal with that too.

it sucks,doesn't it?

I look after my intellectually disabled brother and there is only me. I have no-one to say I am done to.

I have learned though that if there is clutter on the bench etc, it has the patience to sit there uncomplaining until I have recouped my energy.
