For the First Time

While voting I had to ask for another voting paper.

There was a woman in the next booth to me who had her child with her and she was explaining to him how to vote and she said to him write 10 in this box and i lost concentration and wrote down 10 and I then had 2 no 10's

100+ candidates (NSW) below the line is a lot to number.

Voted early(by my standards) at 10.00am and was very surprised how long the queue was to vote..speaking to my neighbour who got there at 8.00am it was the same then  ....can`t ever remember having to stand in  such a long line to vote ever before...

We went expecting long queues like last time but it was empty, so in and out in no time. Although the man couldn't locate my name in which case I had to help him lol

Joz, You have made my day.

That song is my all time favorite Thanks mate 🙂

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I worked on the election yesterday and gave out 7 replacement papers, to quite embarrassed people. It's better that you get your say correctly than end up accidentally voting informal.

QLD had 82 below the line and a lot of people (particularly oldies) found it overwhelming.
