Garden question

Does anyone know the name of an indoor herb growing system which had a light above it and was in a bowl arragement? Not much info I know, but I think that they were for use in flats and that some of the big dept stores in the city were selling. I am not sure if they were hydroponic. Trying to buy a Chrissy gift for my DIL and her much loved balcony herb garden has died, with a new bub she didn't water it and this one I seem to recall just had a well that was filled and water lasted for ages.

Havent heard of them but they sound like a terrarium, have you tried googling herb terrarium?

I remember them beibg sold on tv.I think you had to buy them off the tv, one of those Ring Now type deals. They looked like Jimmehs picture. I don't remember what they were called.
