My tip for the day:
Don't cut your fringe after you've put your make-up on. The bits you've cut off stick to your face.
If you did cut your fringe after you've put your make-up on, don't try to blow them off with the blow-dryer.
It can blow the little spikey cut off bits into your eyes, which is quite painful and makes them water, so you have to wipe them, resulting in your wiping off your eyeshadow so you may have to re-apply your make-up.
If you can be bothered lol
Grrr.

I realise that, but I thought you would have learned your lesson
from one or the other. Hahahaha

It just doesn't look as good as a professional hairdresser and will drive you up the wall 😛
Actually, I do a better job than the hairdresser did. I follow her line to cut, but do it to the exact length I want. Which she didn't. Waaaaay too short. It was cut beautifully, though, so easy to replicate. Takes me two minutes now.
So my tip is: if you're happy with the shape of the fringe, just follow it to snip. Slowly and carefully, a little at a time at first. Then it becomes very easy.
icy, yeah, the little bits can get everywhere.

If you cut yout fringe when wet Never cut it above your eye brows, hair shrinks when it drys, and you will have a dick head fringe (can I say that ) 🙂

Yeah that's a good idea, I just meant when you're actually trying to cut it differently 😛 Mine has gone from a long side sweeping fringe to a shorter, thick straight across fringe. It doesn't look bad exactly, but it doesn't look great either!

Changing it dramatically could be tricky, yes. The grown-out fringe is quite popular now. That makes the decision easier...don't cut at all but sweep it across 🙂 the reverse of what you have had done.
Have been cutting mine for a year now. Hated it until it grew a bit. Mine is almost straight across but with a gentle curve. So I have to be careful cutting it.
