I wonder how the order is picked. I suppose it is a game/competition, but it's not very fair if they can score low strategically with only a couple of rounds left for the others to retalliate in kind.

It would be nice to have your mortgage paid off, but sheesh, I'd be estatic if my house was renovated for me for next to nothing.

And if they don't like it, they can sell, bound to make a profit.
