Well, to the best of my knowledge, it's the only judicial system in the western world where the defendant is presumed guilty and summarily punished without any chance of appeal or explanation.

And when they inadvertently sent me to eBali for 90 days for a post which I neither wrote nor quoted, my improper suspension was neither removed nor revoked, despite the individual concerned having written to the mods and explaining that I wasn't the guilty party.

Yes, they're now different mods in ebay, but as far as I'm concerned they've all been painted with the same brush or come out of the same mould, and I want nothing whatsoever to do with them at any level. 😞
