I was listening to a talk back radio show about this, and I think the consensus from everyone is pretty universal.
how can someone with that many offences be given another chance? with a proven record of re offending.
there are certain cases where a life long sentence is definitely appropriate, these animals don't deserve to be part of society

what we need is a lot more women on parole boards and as judges... that is one area where I think quotas are a legitimate call.
more women in charge of making these decisions and we will have a safer society.
