So someone wants to put a toll on the Eastern Freeway X-( to pay for the much needed tunnel connecting it to the ring road. Jeff has suggested borrowing the money as rates are so low then paying that back with a toll on the tunnel only. Great idea imo.....why toll a freeway that was opened years ago and penalize those who will never use the connention.

idiot?......he was asked and he gave a very good alternative imo. Shame those in control of this needed tunnel hadn't thought of it.
