Couldn't agree with ya more. That *****child needs a foot up the *** and the owners of that Brat, need to pay for the damage. Notice how noone even confronts that kid. Give them to me for 10 mins.

part 2 shows him being held down wiating for the police to come. The boy is still aggressive, growling at the man holding him down. Comments on part 2 saying she witnessed it and the child was coming at people fists up. 

Yes kids may need a kick up the bum but I do think there is an underlying reason in this case. Why does a young child have so much anger? at that age they dont know how to deal with it so they lash out but why?
