Leftovers

Not too bad this year. The boys are making inroads into the leftover cold meat and prawns. I have 3/4 of a Pav leftover that I don't think will get eaten, it's just too rich to stomach more than a cpl slices at a time.

Don't know what I was thinking making a whole Pav for 3 ppl. GS doesn't even like it, I found out.

I tried to find some of those little nests, but they weren't anywhere I was looking.

If you learn to make Meringues, then you can the make your own little Meringue nests.

My mum makes great Meringues, I have never tried but I can cook most things if I give it a go.

You now have 364 days to practice !!! LOL

I used to make nice lemon meringue pies in a past life, so I think I could make the little nests, but I don't think I could be bothered anymore, specially not in the heat of summer.
