The bean diet is pretty simple. Basically soak a bunch beans every night, the next day boil them for 30min or so depends on the variety. Then eat. and drink plenty water.

The bean diet will eventually correct your PH if it is out of whack but I take 2 flat teaspoons of MSM crystals daily. 1 in the morning with vitamin c and one before bedtime. This has helped me a lot. A couple times a week I also have a glass water with a bit of swedish bitters, once a day I have psyllium husk in water too.

I do eat salad and veggies but not on their own, usually with a bit ham as in BLT toasted sandwich (non halal)...LOL... bacon....yummm...otherwise it would be boring.

I usually take lunch to work but if I don't then I usually buy the Gloria Jean's BLT or their chicken/avocado/cheese roll. It's a franchise so it taste the same everywhere.
