I like Masterchef better than the other cooking comps.
Great way to start this season rather than the mass single tasks they used to do.
Now every hopeful contestant gets 1 hour to cook a dish tasted by the 3 judges.
With second chance contestants cooking for a blind tasting.
24 contestants get an apron.

There seems to be a lot of them cutting themselves this year. Brendan ended up with 13 stitches. Glad that was off camera. Even George couldn't look at it.
Sad to see Michelle go, but out of the three, I'm glad it was her.
I'm enjoying Gordon's week. Tonight's show will see him yelling at a few of them.
Yes, but then again I might have done the same, keeping the pin that is.
I also think I would have done a better job at that dish.
He did burn himself though.
Would have preferred one of the girls go home, I think the redhead is probably the least talented cook.
And she doesn't seem too interested in being there.

I like the next challenge, the relay. Always funny to see how the dish changes.
