I am okay, happy to be home and not in hospt thats for sure.

Got mckool to take me and the dog on a run to the coast this arvo and we got out the beanimobile.

It was lovely there, though the wind had a real bite to it.

I'm going well.  I have had a cough this past week but it seems to have petered out now.

I'm just watching a bit of telly while playing around on my lappy.

My boys went in it last year for the first time after they had more than enjoyed themselves the night before at a 40th birthday party and partaking in Sumo Wrestling wearing those funny bulky suits.

They did the race in pretty good time considering.  B-)

Thanks Braff. I almost managed 10k on Friday. Did 14k today but could barely move my legs as I think they're still recovering from Friday and also the wind was against me for the first few k's. Did C2S two years ago but was unable to last year. The atmosphere's amazing and my only gripe is that the walkers wouldn't move to the left side to let the runners through.

Lol to your boys. Someone I knew said her friends turned it into a pub crawl - stopped at nearly every pub along the route for a drink -  I had visions of these rubber like bodies staggering to the finish line.

Yeah I will take my big coat with me everywhere. the sunshine is so warm in spots that its misleading.

I am trying to prop this thread up.  It has been  a month since anyone posted and if we don't post in it eBay will delete it.

Haven't we had some lovely weather here in NSW?  In Sydney it has been nice but cool/chilling/down right freezing at night.
