Just noticed the iron ore is being sold at approx AU$168 per metric tonne , one tonne of crushed ore being about the volume of a large 360L wheely bin
Great for the mining companies , dependent industries and great for Australia as the ore is owned by all Australians , and of course a bill of sale upon export , effectively point of sale , and so change of ownership, is gladly received by the appropriate national authorities along with a cheque of fair remuneration on behalf of all Australians
Of course the mining companies receive fair capital gain as they are licensed to mine the ore and wholesale

Minerals Resource Rent Tax - Wikipedia
As usual would be so much simpler - 1 tonne sold so x% of sales price paid as Citizens Ownership sales tax direct to Government
A clear before tax business expense
Accounting can them minimalise all they like

Rinehart and Forrest, among others, torpedoed the MRRT.
Claiming it was unfair and shouldn't be compared to the PRRT which has been in place for decades.
Gina needs the extra money to try to screw her children out of their inheritance. I'm not sure what Twiggy's reason is/was.

Yes it does, thank you! It will take me some time to read it, but it already looks at a glance like your states have better regulations.
