Procrastinating...

Should be doing my Tafe work, I just have no motivation. I am loving the cooler weather down here...very rainy and miserable. It just zaps my motivation.

It is funny, when it is sunny and heaps to do outside, I keep wishing for rain so I am forced to stay home and do some study, but when it happens I can't be bothered.

I am looking at the washing that needs to be put away in my room, the 2 Seasons of Downton Abbey that a friend from Church has lent me, my knitting and crocheting, my boxes of fabric that I really must whiz something up with (most of it is stuff I bought 8 years ago), my kitchen which is looking unlived in (too clean, maybe I should do some baking)...

Or maybe I should just extract my head from my posterior and get stuck into Tafe so I really can get it finished by middle of next year !

I so hear you!

I am normally a very active person and work outside from dawn to dusk.  It has been raining steadily the entire week and the entire week I have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am ashamed and disgusted with myself, so have told myself that today there are NO EXCUSES and I must at least achieve all the laundry and housework.  So better get myself off of here.....

Thanks to our chores chart thing, all the chores are done. Washing is up to date...apart from my stuff which needs to be hung up in my wardrobe. Miss 12yo has asked me not to do it because she is trying to get a grounding redemption lol. She figures that 2 baskets of clothes hung up is worth a week off grounding. If she throws in sorting my old fat clothes for donation, I may consider it. Lots to donate thanks to losing more than 20kgs so far.

Not procrastinating today. About to do Bread Pickup for Church, then bag it up to be given out tomorrow, then home to do Tafe and washing, the Downton Abbey Marathon tonight lol.
