Oh man ........ that's such sad news. Diana Rigg was IMO the original badass chick from the 1960s. And gosh she was hot.! With that exotic look about her she was something to behold. She had a real lovely face and grace and young fellas (myself included) watching her on TV thought she was magic in every way. She had total class, real class as well. And she was a real talented actress. All these modern action actresses who have been in spy roles etc. have none of her class, they don't even come close!
If you are that much of a fan 4channel The Avengers is running on channel 9 in Sydney in the late night slots....usually between 2am and 4am.
Thanks for the heads up Lyndal. I may check on it but I do have some VHS tapes of episodes and a DVD. I may actuallly buy the complete series in a box set with the extras.
