Very sorry to hear of Doc's passing.
I am sure those in heaven were all on their feet today when he no doubt rocked his way through the doors singing them all a tune
or two. One great big rock party there tonight I think.
RIP Doc

Oh No!
But 67?
I never thought of him as being that old.
Saw The Angels live in about 1988? (around that time). He knocked himself out on stage when he jumped up and hit his head on the roof over the stage.
So I spose he would be.
Here he is in Melbourne

I met Doc Neeson many years ago when I lived in Adelaide.
He was sitting on a bench seat at Glenelg beach and I stopped to take a break as it was a hot day.
We made small talk as you do and he commented on the mess my daughter was making with her ice cream.
He had a very distinctive voice but I didn't realise who it was straight away until he asked my little girl what her name was, when she told him he introduced himself as Doc. Then the penny dropped.
May he Rest in Peace
