I'm going to try a new salad tonight.  It's in this month's Coles magazine.  Fennel and radish citrus slaw.  I had something like it at the winery in Denmark last week and I figure it is something I might get a taste for so I'll try it and I reckon I will add some fetta cheese.

Joono, I am not very adventurous with salads, I usually serve plain ones but lately have been tasting some new varieties when eating out.

Deb, one of my pet hates is chatting on the phone. I used to be an expert at it but now it irritates me. I guess I am getting grumpy in my old age. And, why is it that the phone nearly always rings when I sit down to dinner?

Morning everyone.  Sortof is going to fix some jobs that need doing around here today and has told me I had best leave the house while he is doing it.  I'll just have to go shopping won't I
