Scott Morrison refuses to sign UN migration pact

Scott Morrison has refused to sign up to the United Nations migration pact, saying it would compromise Australia's national interests and border security.

In a statement issued this morning, Mr Morrison said the government had already achieved the goals the deal set out.

And, he said, it failed to distinguish between illegal migrants, and those who arrived "the right way".

Australia now joins the United States and others, in rejecting the UN pact.

Good on him!  I can see him romping into liberal leadership in the next elections!

which is why i would put in place that any one comming here and deciding they want to be a terrorist, all of their family members will be sent back to what ever country they came from.

i am quite happy to give those fleeing danger a new life in australia, but screw with us and get sent back, you and all your family.

think about that, are you so angry you will put your entire family at risk?

maybe it wont work, maybe it will.

I’m Australian by certificate, not birth. What are you going to do with my Australian born children when I run amok? Where are you going to send them back to?

How is probationay citizenship supposed to work?

Most people lose citizenship in their country of birth when they become Australian Citizens....where would they go to if they failed to complete their probationary period of citizenship?
