that we all stopped commenting or passing judgement on posts or threads that we don't like?
eBay is a large and diverse community, There are always going to be some that like some things and some that don't.
So, as long as the post/thread is within eBay's guidleines, is it time to just let people post what and how they want?
Perhaps if you do find something offensive, how about PM'ing the person involved to politely explain your position instead of doing it in a manner that may cause humiliation.
*Disclaimer, the above option did not work very well for me, so in no way can I advise that this is the best option, but just a suggestion. LOL.

would you be OK with them posting that to you here ?
Only if they are prepared for the response 😉 sadly some would scream bully because they didn't like the reply

the only rules i follow on here are ebay's posting rules.
I post what i want, where i want and if i dont agree with someone, i'll tell them (if i can be bothered).
I agree 100%. It is very acceptable to say to another poster, you disagree with their post.
If posts don't contravene eBay rules then they are not removed and they are valid posts...not up to any poster to decide whether they should be there or not (of course they can take the option of reporting, but if they don't contravene rules they will not be removed).

IMO EVERYONE has the right to post a thread or make a comment on any thread within ebay guidelines
BUT they dont have the right to push their opinions and post endless C&Ps to bully people into accepting their view is the only one that's correct.
I totally agree with this post.

I also would not appreciate someone pm'ing me about anything in my posts (no-one has felt the need to so far). I would rather they dealt with it in the thread. If my posts still stands and is not removed, then why should I be concerned if a poster doesn't like the content of it?
she ele - was the post in French recently? If so, I translated that,it was vile. That would be worth complaining about.

Do you think that there should be less C&P's on all threads ..including the political threads WLC?
on 07-01-2013 05:15 PM
that is if C&P's are a form of bullying ?
