SA: "which is it....

Political threads make for more vigorous jousts SA, but the Myopians wearing a sunglass (NW?) are boring, much like the acolytes with boring repeated 1-2-3 line "siggies" which are more "interesting" than their bleats.
AF threads? beauty is in the eye(s) of the beholder, and sadly I can not sing, paint, play an instrument etc, because I am locked on to science, engineering, inventing/designing/ maintaining, repairing and everyday household problems, mine and friends/neighbours. I charge a bottle of red or bigger jobs rum!
I wish I was artistic.
Porridge is fine, but not interesting, just grey.
Bored, a little at the moment as I am not very mobile. 2 weeks ago I graunched my leg. A bad cut 1/2 the length of it with impact point down to tibia (front not very thick tissue). Knee up like a balloon then cellulitus. Went from oral 250mg antibiotics to daily 2g inter-muscular bottom injections.
Leg is healing now, I have read all my New Scientist, Time, and Spectator magazines, read 1/2 dozen books, watched some awful afternoon TV films and tried to explain to my Baenjis why they are not having walks, and they can not lick my leg.
Bored, I guess so, even RTRV might look good soon, in the dark!

After reading that, I think you're excused for bumping all the political theads :^O
Being a visual type, I now have not only a gory image of your leg in my head but also one of a huge hypodermic needled aimed at your buttock !! thanks for that.
I can only imagine how bored you must be by now, so I hope your leg heals fast and you can start doing your normal things. Have you looked on the computer to find past docos etc from abc/sbs ? Good chance to catch some missed shows or you could spend some time teaching your dogs some new tricks ? LOL sure they'd rather go for a walk.
If I think of anything mildly mind absorbing I'll let you know.

SA: "Being a visual type, I now have not only a gory image of your leg in my head but also one of a huge hypodermic needled aimed at your buttock !! thanks for that."
Sorry SA. After one of my injections I was telling a friend who worked in the surgery, that the hypodermic was the size of one of the Titanic's funnels, when a voice wafted out of the treatment room "go home John"
KG: "take care John my son has had that....it's a bugga...try and boost your immune system"
Thanks KG, I told the nurse that as alcohol kills bugs, and mine were internal, I would try rum therapy!
D9275: "Next you'll be watching the Bold & the Beautiful," Arghhhhh, even RTRV would be better, I think!
SR: "Have you got a sun roof in the Mini?.

Spot on SR, forced to use the Prado and so Bads borrowed the Mini.
TF: "....so sorry to hear about that happening...."
Thanks TF, growing old is a "bugga", but the leg is now healing and the Basenjis have lost interest in it, which must be good?!
