Seriously, he needs some legal advice, she needs counselling................... and the child needs protection.
Yes he has legal advise as he is working he can't get Legal Aide like she does. She is in counselling but by herself, and the Family Court Magistrate ordered that the child be with the mother, even though she admitted in the court to be using Ice, drink vodka and taking Serepax
because her parents said that they were prepared to have her live with them. They are now away overseas on holiday.

She was on ice and I suppose he was not? !!!
Poor child, how old is she/he?.

The little was 2 in January, and no Dad doesn't use drugs. But has an occasional drink.
She is the apple of her fathers eye.

There is more to parenting than arranging hand overs. They both need advice on how to parent jointly, even though they are not together.

And yes he has done the parenting course as ordered by the court, but she says because she has an older child she should need to do it.

Credit to him for doing that. She probably doesn't need parenting classes, but she needs help to deal with the unfinished emotional business.

Family Court Orders are not set in stone.
They can be re-visited at any time.
He could apply for full custody. They don't automatically side
with the mother. If he can provide the court with proof that she
is not coping........and that many phone calls would probably do it.
I'm surprised she actually got 50/50 having a Legal Aid rep.
Mostly they don't give a ......... as long as they get paid.
