? then what were you thinking.
I was thinking that even today, some girls and women see their value only when a boy or man pays attention to them. Their value and self worth should have been instilled in them by their parents from day one, but sadly it is often not the case.
It is still common to see a father say, when asked for something by his toddler daughter, "Give me a kiss", or "Give me a hug". She does, and she gets the item she asked for. So this barter system of value is overtly or covertly embedded in her psyche.
Think of the film, Fatal Attraction, and others perhaps less intense. The woman, even though a bit deranged, thought that she was loved. The sexual act has different meanings for males and females.
It is actually stated to medical students (in a particular lecture) that "Men give love for sex, and women give sex for love".
Yes, have to agree.
Some parents seem to be so busy doing what they think is right, they don't see the difference.

what you are saying is on the money,
but as you have also said men are different and women need to understand that just because a man unzips his pants its not necessarily going to be for love or ever after.
and while there is the odd Psycho nutter that thinks it is forever after one night its not going to make it so and they need to move on and not become lunatic stalkers.
there also seems to be just as many females these days that look for casual unziping with no strings with quite a few happy with friends with benifits and the usual open relationships along with a bit of the side.

But they don't inderstand, they have been raised to think that someone loves them if he wants them.

Same as above, men need to be educated about the subject also, look at the terrible scenario of Gerard Clay in Brisbane. Men (and women) like this think they can bleep around with no consequences.

There are lots of these club scene people, but they are a minority, and they are not happy people, then, or later when they are confronted with the problems which result from their behaviour.
