The Kudos Challenge Thread

The Rules ... (LOL)

Give a kudo to a poster here ... and then give them one other kudo for other posts they have made (I hope someone likes me out there ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

You can tell who you gave kudos to, and why, and what you like about the poster ...

Re: The Kudos Challenge Thread

Polly, couscous is so EASY to cook. Follow the instructions on the packet which will be something like heat X cups of water to boiling with a tablespoon or so of butter. Add X cups of couscous, and turn heat off. Leave for 3 minutes, then turn heat up briefly. Add butter, and use fork to fluff up couscous.

We cooked it in the slow cooker the other night. We'd made beef osso bucco, we took the meat out of the cooker, added couscous and a bit of boiling water to the tomatoes (can of tomatoes added to osso bucco) and let it cook. Then we added more butter (I like butter).

Couscous is as easy to cook as rice is.

Re: The Kudos Challenge Thread

Oh okaaaay Katy! Lol

I was confused on the no cooking part.

Trader Joes actually has a really good couscous mix with directions and I've made that before, but I thought maybe people might make their own versions of it or season it differently somehow and I was afraid someone might ask me how I make mine.

But thank you for taking the time to post that Katy....that's very kind of you. Much appreciated. Heart

That sounds delicious!!
