The libs didnt do much better when they were power, the country roads in Vic are a total disgrace, neither part did anything about them when they were in power, far too busy pouring squillions of $$$ into the Melb road network. At least Andrews has tightened up the laws re b/y breeding/puppy farming, the libs seemed to not care at all, too busy resuming peoples' homes, I guess
