Do you use different oils for different things?
Generally i use Olive Oil - can't say I've ever bothered to find out the difference between cold pressed, extra virgin ior just the regular stuff?
I buy in 20 litre drums so just get the "regular stuff"
deep fry in canola oil though\\
so what olive oil is better do youn think?
and i use flaxseed oil for my stuff - just cos i was told to by the MP dude - but????

Yes I do and I could have swarn I already answered this question. I use peanut oil for asian foods, extra virgin olive oil for dressings and the cheap oliveoil for every day cooking such as spaggi bol or bacon and eggs on a Sunday morning.
Sunday 😄 Better get to bed. A big fry up in the morning.

How long does 20ltr of oil last you? I wouldn't use that in a year!
And yes J*oono I remember you answering this coz I said I use sesame oil in Asian cooking.
I just get it from work, I buy it in drums for the shop - we go through 4 a week - maybe more cos the broaster and deep fryers take 20 litres each

Joz, simple, but effective 🙂
a lightly flavoured, first press olive oil does for most kitchen use
