"The study examined starting salaries in 23 occupations and found men earned more than women in 13 fields. The pay was the same in education, humanities and medicine.
Female graduates earned more in seven occupations, including pharmacy and earth and computer sciences. But these gaps were generally smaller than occupations that favoured men."

meh - men do work harder than women.
Women get it right the first time. So men have to work a lot harder to get the job done in the same time frame.

The reason men get paid more than women is simple ....
It's because we are worth a far higher value than any mere second class female from the very moment we're conceived. End of story :^O

But males are weaker and more vulnerable than females from even BEFORE they are conceived and until they die.
