there used to be a competition on UK radio, where they set a problem and then people dialled in with the answer - anyone who got it right won a big$ prize. ALL the time I was watching / listening I didn't see anyone win it? It may be still on ? It went something like this:
ADD ALL THE NUMBERS
TWELVE TIMES TWO
PLUS SIXTEEN
MINUS SEVEN
At the end of the show they gave out the answer - but I won't tell you yet
did anyone have a go? Can anyone solve it?

I may have missed something? didn't understand the add all the numbers
12 x 2 = 24
24 +16 = 40
40 - 7 = 33

Add not multiply ?

(12*2) + 16-7 = 24 + 16 - 7 = 33
