I know there was a thread a while back but thought it would be nice to start another.

What perfume are you wearing and why?

What's your fave perfume or do you have several?

A friend has just given me a bottle of Hypnotic Poison which i love so much.  It's a real mood lifter

for me. 

Men too -  do you wear perfumes/colognes?  If so ---   which ones?

That I can well imagine.

We poor mere males can be put under a spell unless we are ever vigilant and have the strength to resist the allure of a femme fatale.

But at time resistance is just a futile empty gesture

Since you are here, in the scent of scents thread, what scent has captivated you and why?

Well it was't the scent so much but the person wearing just a hint of it.

It is still my favorite Chanel No. 5

My ex wears Elizabeth Taylor's Passion almost exclusively and was forever being complimented in public by complete strangers.

It's difficult to describe a perfume's fragrance but Passion is in many respects similar to the likes of Opium, Youth Dew, Cinnabar, etc., and just a single application lasts at least 8 hours.

At around $29 for a 74ml EDT spray bottle, it represents excellent value for money IMO, and I like it so much that I use the men's version of the same product. 🙂
