le-anne .... about 5 or 6 disturbed hours .... but that about usual for me ... sadly ...
mind you I did all the sheets and towels and doona covers this afternoon ....as well as took the electric blankets off the beds and stored them away for next year .... so reasonably productive afternoon ..... ๐

I wish I could sleep like my hubby 2 minutes after his head hits the pillow BANG he he snoring like a trooper. Not a care in the world.

Donnaโฅ Is the weather getting colder in your parts,so jealous!!! I love winter!!! I'm thinking it;s going to be a very looooooooooooooooooong dry summer for us this year blerk. I wish I could reverse hibernate ๐

I think i listen out for any noise he makes, so any noise wakes me up.

Fell down the back steps yesterday and today my bones are really aching. My back,neck, knees and ankles are all sore.

Le-Anne, I'm usually exhausted by the time I get ready for bed. I'm like your husband....when my head hits the pillow, I'm out for the count but no snoring. ๐ It's definitely getting chillier here. It's dropping anywhere from 4 to 10ยฐC at night. Today it was overcast and windy. I've been wearing sweatshirts already.
Amy, oh dear ๐ very sorry to hear you've took a terrible tumble. Try soaking in a hot bath with epsom salts or hop in a jacuzzi. That would definitely work the soreness out of you.

gee donna ..... our little state is forecasting 36 /37 degrees C for this week .... :_| ..... where did our spring go .... we only had about `1 day with lovely mild weather ..... other than that its been overcast , raining ..or hot ..... no fair mother nature give our spring back X-(
yeah le-anne .... Im a very light sleeper .... lay awake for ages ...before finally dropping off ....only to be woken by the slightest noise ๐ ....... its a pain in the butt I gotta say ...... not a lot I can do about it except not do anything before bed that keeps my mind ticking over .... easier said than done LOL

Peela, can you purchase any type of sleep aids without a doctor's prescription? I've seen Unisom in the stores here but I've never tried it. It's suppose to help you sleep through the night.
Ohh I just thought of something for you Le-Anne and Peela. Have you tried sleeping with a radio on low? Maybe that would prevent you from waking up to any sound in the house.
