If you put your finger over his ears, he looks like Brad Pitt when he was younger, but it is probably not him.

I was thinking Brad Pitt as well but he seems to have had longer hair at that age.

He's also got hints of Tommy Lee Jones, Kevin Costner and Tom Hanks.
