Hi

can someone help, everytime I log into eBay it keeps telling me to update my account information, which I have done multiple times, it’s disappears after I have done it then receive another email and am awaiting a pay out.

Did you sign up toe Managed Payments fully and correctly before starting selling?

Not just your 'account information' but everything you are required to provide?

I will have a look at that again. I haven’t sold for a while and just started again, so maybe something isn’t filled out correctly. I have changed addresses whether that is something to do with it. It’s been asking to add photos of my licence etc, is that normal? I have done this a lot of times. 

When it processes it makes out that it has worked but then receive it again. It says the information must be done by august.

Does everything match exactly ? (the name on your ID, on your bank account and your name registered with eBay all need to be 100% identical )

And the photo of your ID also needs to be 'eBay standard' as far as quality/clarity goes
