Changed email so had to make new account. How can I access the data from my old account?

I changed ISPs and got new email and phone number so could no longer verify my eBay account which I've had for ten plus years. I had to make a new account. So how can I import the data from my old account?

A new account means a new email and neither can be cross-referenced.

If you have access to your previous account you could try changing the email address to your new one.
