Defaulting to eBay Australia?

I live in the United States and that is where I buy and sell.  For some reason, while in the middle of listing several CDs for auction, my account forced me to sign in again and my account now defaults to eBay Australia for no particular reason.  No matter how many times I sign out/back in, or try to change the web address, it keeps defaulting me to eBay.com.au

Please help!

You may want to try clearing your cache and cookies; that could resolve the issue.

As suggested clear history and restart computer.

But also type in ebay.com in the web browser and make sure auto complete doesn't change it.
