I have been trying to contact ebay customer service for over 2 hours and just keep going around in circles. Does anyone know of a contact number or email for them. I just want to speak to someone on the phone, and the call back option only allows USA or Canadian numbers. I am in Australia so it won't let me leave my number.
I need to contact Ebay. They have made it so hard. I have 2 orders that say DELIVERED but They haven't arrived. Every time I put in order numbers it says they are not recognized. Just need to contact someone. Never received any tracking & someone obviously has my goods. Been with Ebay for 10 years. Never again
You do not need to contact eBay to open an item not received dispute. So long as you are within the time limit to do so.
Did you buy on this account, or as a guest?
Not hard to contact, use eBay help at the top of any page and type 'speak to an agent' in the chat bot
But as said, you need to open the dispute yourself
No point contacting eBay for it
I feel your pain!
I have been doing the same thing Ebay is a terrible site, there is no way of contacting them like you say, younjust go round in circles. Ebay need to take angood hard look at themselves especially if you have a major issue, you are on your own with NO help from them, Good Luck!
You can ask other members here, and get factual replies based on eBay policy, rather than an eBay agent typing anything from a pre-written script.
What is it you need help with?
You are most certainly not on your own
Every member can ask for advice on what to do in all kinds of situations
The members who respond here use eBay as buyers and sellers, and we know eBay policies
eBay CS staff with minimal training do not
And you take a chance on if the information they give use is even current, or correct at all
Is it about selling?
Have you already fully completed sign up to Managed Payments, and been verified to sell?
And as you are seen as a new seller, your funds will be on hold for 30 days?
Has a buyer opened a dispute and you need to know the best way to proceed?
Something else?
