It was hacked many years ago. It could happen again, particularly considering how glitchy their website is, but I haven't heard of any recent hacks.

Other members cannot tell you if 'the matter has been investigated' We are not eBay so it sounds like you need to contact them and ask if there has been a 'hacking' and if they have investigated it
