I am NOT receiving my emails from eBay, all my account setting seem to be correct.

Has any had and solved this issue?

How can I notify an actual person to address this issue and not a stupid Ai chatbot?

Does anyone have a direct contact email address for ebay accounts?

The eBay email address is 100% bot automated

When there is a reply at all, it is based on key words and not an actual reply that has been read

Obvious question, but are you checking your junk mail in case they are going there?
