Can you advise why my account will not let me send messages to seller it has happen twice now

i have done nothing wrong!

There have been many glitches on the site and you may need to wait and try later.
But if you are dependant on a seller to send an item today or tomorrow don't rely on that as Aus Post have had delays and items go missing lately. Better to get it from a B&M store if it's urgent.
