If you cancelled the label you don't have to do anything. It will be automatically refunded to you in about three weeks. The delay is because it goes to The Post Office, so I guess it takes time for it to go around the system to get the refund. Just keep an eye on your invoices and you WILL get it back. I had this just recently myself, so I know what I am talking about.
