I would like the number of the Complaints Dept for Ebay please

You have said you cannot deliver my purchase.  You have asked me to confirm a refund you have offered.  I have confirmed that you may refund my money.  I still receive emails asking me to confirm that you can refund my money.  Just refund the money please as I have requested and do not keep sending me the same emails over and over.  If you do not refund the money and still keep sending me emails I will refer the matter to the relevant Australian Government Authorities for their investigation.

Unfortunately many think they are contacting the seller or ebay staff  here not knowing we are members like the one with the question/rant.

 

How did you pay the seller?

Bank dep has no buyer protection and if it was a scam you have lost your money.

If it was via paypal open a dispute for item not received by using the drop down to the right of the purchase.

 

If you need advice many members here are willing to offer it as long as we have all the details ie how payment was made, when it was purchased, where is the item coming from etc without any personal details.
