The year in the birth date is not activated, I can't type in the birth year as the year field is greyed out. I tried to send you a screen shot but received an error message saying

Correct the highlighted errors and try again

The file ebays.doc does not have a valid extension for an attachment and has been removed. jpg ,gif are the valid extensions.

Note.. I have never had problems doing this with other web sites, so you need to get your I.T. crowd to fix your web site.

Now, concerning the issue you are having, eBay's "Have us call you" option is by far the best way to get in touch with eBay. (Emails are useless, for a number of reasons, but primarily because the responses, when they are finally sent, are bot-generated.)

eBay say:

We'll call you at the phone number registered to your account, or you can enter a different number.

We’re available from 8am to 10pm AET, 7 days a week.
