Hi my account has been resticted and the only option to resolve this is to make aphone call, however I am hearing impaired and unable to talk on the phone. I cannot find any other way to contact ebay, could anyone help, please?
The chat facility is definitely not as good as the call-back option. Do you have TTY? Perhaps this is something you can look into, because you are sure to encounter other situations where being hearing impaired is going to impact your communication options.
