i have made an arrangement with the seller on an unpaid item of 5 x reel to reel tapes and he agreed on me to pay the item on my date and will be paid by the 22 nd january as promised by me so back off i am getting sick of you telling me what to do with the policy of ebay rules what i already know

Quite clearly you do not know
I too love being abused by people coming on the HELP FORUM and blaming members here for what ebay does or does not do
Why let it get to the point where you are getting non payment reminders?
If you know why leave a neut for a Chinese seller having Chines writing on the package?
