Heh eBay! STOP Requesting For Us To SIGN IN When We Are ALREADY SIGNED IN !!! ... It's Fair Enough if we want to CHANGE/ALTEWR Our Personal and/or Payment Details, but TOTALLY UNNECESSARY just to Access Other Parts of the Sight; and THAT Includes TRACKING a Parcel.
Note: you're not contacting eBay by posting on these boards. They are public forums on which any eBay member can post, and the responders are, like you, fellow eBay members who give voluntary helpful advice and information. (The standard of help is usually well above the type of cut-and-paste help provided by eBay customer service.)
I won’t say that eBay representatives never read here (Murgatroyd), but it is certainly not consistent or to be relied upon. In other words, by posting a shouty complaint/request/order on these public boards, you’re posting to ordinary eBay members who have no power to change eBay’s security measures.
If it’s annoying to sign in over and over again, I sympathise; most days when I use eBay, I have to sign in again - and 5 minutes later, again - and so on.
However, if this improves security and account integrity, the annoyance is just something one ensures with a grimace and a shrug.
Maybe you could stop yelling at other members?
eBay are never going to see your post so pointless trying to communicate with them on the member to member forum
I'm sorry added security is a pain for you
If you don't want to do it, don't use a VPN nor clear you cookies/cache
That is why it's happening
I wouldn't rely on eBay for parcel tracking - the carrier would have much more reliable information.
I tend to need to sign into the boards daily. On my selling accounts between 1 day and 1 month.
Are you using a VPN? Try using a regular browser rather than one which will require you to sign in every few minutes!
